ORCHIDJAR? WHAT ON EARTH DOES THAT MEAN???

OK it was never meant to be that cryptic. After all the name doesn't actually summon up images of making money does it? Everyone else chooses names such as "More-cash-4-U" or "U-Can-Earn-More" which actually may give you a clue what their businesses are about.

All ORCHIDJAR actually is, is a word made up - an anagram of both our names - Jo & Richard - it's as simple as that. Teamwork has always been our forte and anything that we have created together, such as the paint for our living room that we mixed from three old tins of different colours, was given the name "Orchidjar". So the naming of our business, our joint dream, came naturally.

We live and work in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. We made £215.78 in our first four-week period which more than covered our initial outlay of £125.
